VISITORS AND MORE VISITORS

PUPPIES ARE RECEIVING SOOOO MANY VISITORS - all of which is a good thing since this makes for social adults.
Here are pictures taken over the past two days!

More visitors scheduled for the weekend and we will also do some individual shots of each puppy again.  Next update is on Sunday!

LOTSA NEW EXPERIENCES!!!

SO MUCH TO LEARN -- puppies need lots of new experiences to grow confidence and sociability. This past weekend provided so many opportunities.
First --  into the kitchen with different toys and people....

And then - OUTSIDE!  Only for about 10 minutes and on the porch, but different light, breeze, footing and sunshine (before the rains arrived later in the afternoon).

BUSY WEEKEND

WOW - what fun we all had this weekend; each day was a full schedule of puppy visitors and then Sunday evening we had a group of fellow breeders/exhibitors for a litter Christmas get-together.  A new raised bed has been added.....

And that did not stop Jazz from getting up on the bed to feed pups...and they followed her!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, doggy chiropractor visits the puppies; will up date blog Christmas eve!

WHAT GOOD PUPPIES

Puppies must have heard that Santa is watching - so they were extra good for their first try at the dremel for nails rather than clipping...and actually they LIKE the dremel better - none of them were bothered by the little bit of noise it made nor by the feel of it on their nails. 
What bothered them most was having to sit still for the 3-4 minutes it took to do all the nails! 

After we did the weigh in (and everyone has gained at least a pound over the week and some even more!) we did some face shots.

Some of their faces are a little dirty since they do get a bit messy when they DIVE into their food dishes.  They all will have a nice face washing to get ready for their company this weekend. Next pix/blog update will be Sunday.

LOOK AT HOW NICELY WE STAND FOR PICTURES!

JUST FOR THE  FUN OF IT... we (I) decided that it was time to try to do some standing shots of the pups...and for the most part they did cooperate.  Some needed more work than others, but for not quite 4 weeks old they are looking fairly nice.  And their outlines and spotting patterns are more visible this way...
